Why Go Native?
It Gets Better Over Time
Native landscapes grow into something more beautiful each year instead of needing constant replacement and renovation. It's an investment that actually appreciates.
Built for Our Climate
Hurricane-tough, drought-smart plants that handle South Florida's weather without constant intervention. They belong here—and it shows.
Looks Like Florida Should
The deep shade, the layered canopy, the lush feel—that's what native plants create naturally. It's the real South Florida look, not an imitation.
Good for the Neighborhood
Native plants support local birds, butterflies, and wildlife. Your yard becomes part of the local ecosystem instead of working against it.
Common Questions
How long does a typical project take?
Most residential installations run 2-6 weeks from when we agree on the plan to when we're done. Bigger projects might take 2-3 months. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated along the way.
Do native plants really need less maintenance?
Once they're established (about 12-18 months), yes—significantly less. They need less water, less fertilizer, and fewer chemical treatments than exotics. They still benefit from regular care, but it's a fraction of what non-native plants demand.
Can a native landscape still look clean and designed?
Absolutely. Native doesn't mean wild or messy. We create structured, intentional landscapes—they just happen to use plants that belong here. Some of the sharpest-looking yards in Fort Lauderdale are native.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the project and what's involved. We give straightforward quotes after seeing your property—no vague estimates. Many of our clients find that the lower long-term maintenance costs make native landscaping a smart investment.
Do you work with contractors and property managers?
We do. We regularly team up with builders, architects, and property managers on residential and commercial projects. We know how to coordinate with other trades and keep a project moving.
